Meet the managing partners

Rory Scerri-Marion

Principal

Rory’s background is in finance and business development from California Polytechnic State University.  An entrepreneur who has been constantly seeking residual income, Real Estate Development became the perfect mix blending creativity, community, and financial analysis. Rory has been a real estate developer for the past 18 years.  Rory has founded and served as President, CEO, and CIO of several boutique real estate firms in CA and NY before partnering with Naveen to create a family based ethical investment firm focused on generational wealth.  This led to the formation of Bronze Age Financial and Iron Age Investments.

Over the past 2 decades, Rory has worked to identify, acquire, build new, and re-position multi-family developments in Austin, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Bozeman, and New York City, prior to moving into Southeastern markets.  Rory has also focused more recently on the financial advantages of aggregating single-family rentals into a substantial portfolio across the US.

Naveen Kwatra, DDS, CRPC

Principal

Dr. Naveen Kwatra has achieved remarkable success in finance, dentistry, and real estate investing since 2003.  A graduate of Economics from the University of Virginia.  He is the Principal and Founder of K2 Capital, LLC.  Dr. Kwatra has leveraged his expertise in markets analysis, asset management, and wealth accumulation strategies to free himself from the everyday grind of being a dentist.

His quest is now to help other busy professionals achieve the same work life balance to enjoy today and tomorrow.

A modern-day renaissance man, Dr. Kwatra’s rigorous training, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to family values made him a perfect partner with Rory for the formation of Bronze Age Financial and Iron Age Investments.
