Rory Scerri-Marion’s background is rooted in finance and business development, with a degree from California Polytechnic State University. An entrepreneur with a passion for building residual income, Rory discovered that real estate development provided the ideal balance of creativity, community impact, and financial strategy.
For over 18 years, Rory has led and founded multiple boutique real estate firms in California and New York, serving as President, CEO, and CIO. His work has focused on identifying, acquiring, developing, and repositioning multi-family properties in key markets such as Austin, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Bozeman, and New York City. More recently, he has expanded into the Southeastern U.S. while also pursuing the financial benefits of aggregating single-family rentals into scalable portfolios nationwide.
Rory’s experience spans nearly two decades of cultivating projects that combine strong investment fundamentals with meaningful community development. His entrepreneurial drive and strategic vision made him a natural partner with Dr. Naveen Kwatra in establishing Bronze Age Financial and Iron Age Investments—family-based, ethical firms committed to building generational wealth.

Dr. Naveen Kwatra has built a distinguished career at the intersection of finance, dentistry, and real estate investing since 2003. A graduate of Economics from the University of Virginia, Dr. Kwatra is the founder of MVPsmiles, Sleepy Smiles, and K2 Capital. His professional journey reflects a unique ability to bridge clinical practice, entrepreneurial ventures, and investment management.
Over the past two decades, Naveen has expanded his real estate portfolio across diverse markets including Virginia, Maryland, Montana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico. He has developed deep expertise in market analysis, asset management, and wealth accumulation strategies—skills that have allowed him to transition from the daily grind of dentistry into broader entrepreneurial pursuits.
His current focus is empowering other busy professionals to achieve financial freedom and work-life balance, while continuing to grow his real estate holdings and investment partnerships.
